After reading all the negative reviews on HelloPeter I decided not to proceed with my order with ProGifts, however the following morning I received a Whatsapp message enquiring if there was anything they could assist me with as they noticed I had not completed my order. I told them about all the negative reviews I read on HelloPeter and was reluctant to proceed. They assured me that they would do everything they could to ensure that my order was delivered on time. I was very impressed with their service delivery and taking the time to find out why I didn't want to use them but did their best to satisfy me as their customer. I would definitely recommend their service and say to people to check the dates these reviews have been posted because it seems this company has made a turnaround now and wanting to best service their clients.

I ordered flowers on the 25th to be delivered for a funeral on the 26th. They contacted me at 16h57 for an alternative number to arrange for delivery on the 26, then said they would deliver the morning of the 27th. This is disgusting and I don't recommend anyone using this service. I am sorry that I referred my Sr to them for the same service. Guys use another florist please.

Order: PG72548 The flowers on the website is pretty, however the flowers delivered was nothing like the picture with alot of green and hardly any flowers as on the photo. They do not respond to web-emails. Will rather go back to Netflorist, at least Netflorist actual delivery match their web-photo. A bit ashamed to send these flowers as a gift to my cousin that lost her husband.

You won't get delivery or refund. Paid R220 to deliver my order (small basket of dried fruit and nuts) on the Friday. They then tell me after I paid that they can't deliver on that day and that they can only deliver on Monday. Told them to proceed. Emailed on Monday to see where it was and had to phone on Tuesday to hear that they didn't plan on sending it. Requested refund, but still no reply yet. How difficult can it be for Jenny Williams to process something she should've done hundreds of times?

I placed an order for Mother's Day on Wednesday, 5 May due for delivery on Saturday 8 May. No delivery!! No response to emails, and phone just rings. Shocking!! Not sure how to get my money back but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I really wish I had read these reviews before placing the order!

They messed up my mothers birthday and never delivered her package. Till today i paid tons of money for a gift and still do not know where the gift is..progifts steal money and does false advertising
