If i could give a zero i would. 1 waiter on duty. I was seated and only helped after 25min. Food took long and was cold on arrival.
I recently visited steers at the Gardens in Lorraine Port Elizabeth. The service was pathetic, staff member that served me was very unhelpful. And I was very disappointed when I bought an ice cream in a cup with chocolate Source, it was half a cup and the chocolate source had a broken piece of wooden s**** in it. They have certainly lost a customer.
We were 6 minutes late because ofroad works, the Dr canceled our appointment and refused to see my 1year old grand daughter who is terribly sick.
We went for breakfast this morning. The bread was not toasted but burnt black and looked old. The scrambled egg I ordered on the side was not light and fluffy but dry and looked like it was fried in old oil.
I ordered flowers on the 25th to be delivered for a funeral on the 26th. They contacted me at 16h57 for an alternative number to arrange for delivery on the 26, then said they would deliver the morning of the 27th. This is disgusting and I don't recommend anyone using this service. I am sorry that I referred my Sr to them for the same service. Guys use another florist please.
If I could choose a zero I would. I bought a tumble dryer online and have received no communication from them for delivery. The online client service lady said PE branch has stock and they will contact me for delivery, to no avail. I tried calling the online store again waited for 5 minutes for some to answer then was transferred to another department where I waited for another 10 minutes, an nothing. This all from my cell phone.
De Swan as it is now known in Port Elizabeth delivered really bad service. This was the worst Eisbein I have ever had. Burnt so dry and smelled like it was deep fried in old stinking oil. I wanted to return it for a refund but the manager said I can not. I have to contact MrD as I ordered through them. No response from MrD either, as I have sent them an email.
I bought a 3 tep package plus a serum at the end of October. I had a bad allergic reaction, had to seek medical advice. I then went back to the store I bought it from and the sales lady was not there, I proceeded to leave my contact details and only heard back from her 3 weeks later. She could not help me because I had misplaced my receipt and gave me the contact details of Clinique. I sent a detailed message explaining my situation and asked for an exchange but no reply since. I have sent another message and am still waiting. I pai R1000 for products that did more harm to me and now I can do nothing with it. They can use it as their testers on other Guinea ***s and just refund me or exchange it for perfume or makeup.
The pharmacy is very helpful.
