Saw an amazing closed combustion fireplace at the Home expo at the Convention centre ... loved it and then thought .. Oh no .. now to go through the expected nightmare of ordering and installation .... Dealt with Louis on the stand and the next couple of days, finalised the deal ....... after I received the standard quote for removal and new installation, I decided to do it myself! .... much to the concern of my wife ... BUT Louis gave detailed information on the installation and assisted me 110 percent! He returned all my calls about measurements, pipe sizes, etc and unit was delivered on time... The experience was professional and I would / have recommended them a couple of times already.. Thanks Louis!
