Terrible after sale service

I have purchased a gas fireplace from Progress Fires which was installed by Progress Installation. After 2 months I am still struggling to get them to finish the small items that they need to do in order for them to issue the gas compliance certificate. All communication is unsuccessful, promises made are never kept and they fail to respond to requests.
