PROMISES PROMISES... NO SERVICE, NO PRODUCTS and TOOK MY MONEY

Very dissapointed in Progressive Wood Creations. We decided in June/July to make use of them to do a TV Wall Unit for us. We paid a deposit of R3000 in August 2020 and was promised delivery in the second week of September... wich came and gone... then a promise of the next month... and still the same story... month by month... We have reached January 2021 and received a message today to say they are closing their doors... Sorry to say, but this is pathetic!!! I AM SO CROSSS!!! No refund, no TV Unit... They dont pick up their phones or reply to whatzapps...
