I am in a bit of a frustration unable to get hold of ALLPORT CARGO SERVICES. They dont answer their phones and I dont get feedback regarding emails sent. I am raising my concern regarding the heavy high Tax Duty import fee of R635.75 that was sent to me to pay on a combined order R1010 and R835 = R1845.00. Temu has combined and shipped two of my orders as one. Please see order info below: Your TEMU order has arrived. Please pay R635.75 TO ALLPORT CARGO SERVICES - Already paid. I understand 45% on clothing and 30% on shoes, but in this whole combined order we have 1x shoes, 1x blouse, 2x shirts 1x dress 3x pants the rest is small items. I asked for a quote and suddenly without my consent I am a client, they pulled all my information without my consent! You are unable to contact anyone and No One is getting back to you or Responding Nabeelah van der Schyff also contacted my bank and pulled all my information without my permission or consent. I have not received any information from her only to find out that im registerred with them. PLEASE NOTE Without my permission or go ahead!!!! I am phoning the OMBUDSMAN and reporting a *****ULENT BUSINESS. I have asked several times for them to contact me - NO RESPONSE AND A VERY RUDE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE!!
I keep on phoning but no response! It is now Day 2 to speak to you but you just dont call me back. I have sent an email yesterday for you to phone me but it never happens. I phoned at 09 this morning you said you will phone back. I phoned now at 15:00 and still they said they will phone me back!!! I am dissapointed in my relationship manager Randy! And when I ask to speak to someone the lady drops the call!!! You hang on for hours before someone picks up the phone. This is poor customer service!!! This is terrible!!!
Placed an order on 22 November and paid the order om 22 November. Bought a fridge for a good price. Order was supposed to be delivered 26 November. Order never delivered on the date. I have phoned for the passed two weeks to get this delivery. Takealot has previously deliver to my address many many times. But for some reason Takealot then asked me to send my address again... WHY...?? As per telephonic conversations they rerouted my order (fridge) to be delivered on 30 November. Still no delivery took place. On 30 November I called to get answers on this matter, and they replied that I will soon get my delivery. On 1 and 2 December I have phoned again... still the same answer. This morning on 3 December they sent me an email to say that the parcel has been credited and lost in transit. Unfortunately I have paid a good price for the fridge. This is unexceptable. I have told the lady this morning to escalate this problem and that I want my fridge for that price!!!! As its nearly R2000 more now than what I bought it for. Takealot has to sort this as I want my fridge. This is not my fault and Takealot has to correct this by sending me my fridge that I have bought.
To whom it may consern Good day In January 2016 I had my home loan and building insurance with SA Homeloans. I submitted a claim for lightning damage and they sent a contractor out to do the repairs. My alarm system had to be replaced due to the damage, he then proposed to get my security company to come and do the repairs and he will then settle and pay them for the work done. Up until now he has not paid them and they are keeping us as their customer liable for the account. I myself and my security company have tried numerous times to get hold of him but to no sucsess. Could someone please assist in this matter so we can get this resolved for the work was done but no payment recieved
POOR FEEDBACK, STRUGLING TO GET A REFUND! POOR FEEDBACK NEVER IN MY LIFE SINCE I STARTED BUYING FROM TAKEALOT, HAVE I EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH TAKEALOT... UP UNTILL TODAY 26 JANUARY 2021! SO, I am writing this review to COMPLAIN about a matter not being resolved since 2 January 2021 from TAKEALOT and SNT SPORT side. I am so upset. We bought a bicycle VIA Takealot -SUPPLIER SNT SPORT but had numerous troubles with it. We tried returning the bicycle via takealot, but the 6 month period had already passed. Takealot referred me to the Supplier SNT SPORT as the bicycle had a 2 year warrantee with the supplier SNT SPORT. I contacted the supplier SNT SPORT, KIRSTY GETULY AND CHRISTINE DENSLEY were all eager to reply. They collected the bicycle on 15 January 2021. The Supplier SNT SPORT (Kirsty Getuly) replied that they will do a credit to Takealot, so they already did a credit back into the Takealot account and the supplier SNT SPORT sent Takealot a Credit Note. SNT SPORT REFUSE TO GIVE ME A CREDIT NOTE. PROBLEM: TAKEALOT IS REQUESTING THE CREDIT NOTE FROM ME SO THAT THEY CAN DO MY REFUND. SNT SPORT DO NOT WANT TO SEND ME THE CREDIT NOTE AND THIS IS WHERE THE HOLD UP KEEPS COMING IN. Takealot STILL DIDNT REFUND ME... But unfortunately... since 2 January... we are struggling to get a refund! Takealot keep asking me for a credit note... how irrelevant and UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT THIS IS WHAT THEY REQUIRE FROM ME!!! Very dissapointed in Progressive Wood Creations. We decided in June/July to make use of them to do a TV Wall Unit for us. We paid a deposit of R3000 in August 2020 and was promised delivery in the second week of September... wich came and gone... then a promise of the next month... and still the same story... month by month... We have reached January 2021 and received a message today to say they are closing their doors... Sorry to say, but this is pathetic!!! I AM SO CROSSS!!! No refund, no TV Unit... They dont pick up their phones or reply to whatzapps...
FRAUDULENT COMPANY, SELLING GOODS AND NOT SENDING WHEN ORDERED!!! I HAVE ORDERED GOODS FROM MANICAA AND FOUND A DEDUCTION OF R550 ON MY ACCOUNT ON 29 May 2020. The amount shows as a purchase from Manicaa company. NEVER RECEIVED MY GOODS NO ANSWER FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY
