I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with my experience as a Prokard member. Over the past nine months, I have been unable to utilize the vouchers provided to me as part of my membership, which has been extremely frustrating. Despite my repeated attempts to book at various Prokard-selected hotels, there has consistently been a lack of availability, making it impossible to redeem my vouchers.
This ongoing issue leaves me feeling misled and disappointed, as it contradicts the benefits advertised to me upon joining. With my vouchers set to expire in January 2025, I now fear that I will not get the value promised, and this experience has begun to feel like a complete ****. To top it all, I received no response to an email sent to the Prokard division a few days ago. Steven
