<p>George(THE MANAGER) I would just like to say that I am very unhappy with the way you spoke to my wife over the phone.While she was querying  for a booking you had a very obnoxious attitude and put the phone down in her ear.CUSTOMER LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>The manager is supposed to lead by example how do you run a business???</p> <p>Seems to me the only PROMISE you can deliver is BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!</p>
