Bad, rotten pronutro from manufacturer

We bought this product in bulk as we always did at makro. Last month we threw it away think it was rotten. We assume it was due to the airtight glass jar we kept it in. We thought some how air got in but now i see its not the case.

Now we opened another pack and it too is off with a funny texture, taste and smell. Bokomo, this cant be right. How do i get my money back? You will kill us with these products.
