Atrocious Service

The worst experience. Terrible service from the agency Prop4u from Malvern. The principal Maureen Moodley and agent Jean Reddy refused to pay back my security deposit and only after existing the premises find out that they charge a procurement fee. The blamed the landlord of the property and said they paid over the funds to his bank account but now I find out it's their commission. These people are a bunch of ****mers of please be careful out there. I paid admin fees to them as well but I signed a blank lease. The landlord did not even inspect the place on exist so by law my security should be paid to me within 7 business days. I appalled with there service.
