Atrocious Service
The worst experience. Terrible service from the agency Prop4u from Malvern. The principal Maureen Moodley and agent Jean Reddy refused to pay back my security deposit and only after existing the premises find out that they charge a procurement fee. The blamed the landlord of the property and said they paid over the funds to his bank account but now I find out it's their commission. These people are a bunch of ****mers of please be careful out there. I paid admin fees to them as well but I signed a blank lease. The landlord did not even inspect the place on exist so by law my security should be paid to me within 7 business days. I appalled with there service.

Absolutely atrocious service received by agency, Prop4u. Jean Reddy was an agent I dealt with on my first time moving house. She took my deposit of R6500.00 and cancelation of my lease was done within a 5 business day period and still going back and forth about releasing my deposit. Please do not use this agency for any of your rental needs. Horrific treatment and service.

Absolutely atrocious service received by agency, Prop4u. Jean Reddy was an agent I dealt with on my first time moving house. She took my deposit of R6500.00 and cancelation of my lease was done within a 5 business day period and still going back and forth about releasing my deposit. Please do not use this agency for any of your rental needs. Horrific treatment and service.

My Dream Home Awaited just for US!!!!Thank You Jesus!
This review is based on personal interactions with Maureen Moodley and her team. I would really like to thank Maureen for just been an exceptional amazing human being, she is very caring and supports you all the way. She takes all my calls regardless of day and time, her response time is super efficient and she is just that kind of business that you want to engage with from day 1. She is a beautiful soul inside and out, I have no doubt in recommending her to the public at any given opportunity. My very first call to her was most certainly the most personal human experience ever. My son and I are truly so grateful for everything that you have done for us....and its true as God so divinely connected us, from going to view one property in the same area to actually finding our dream home and we purchased it. So to Maureen Moodley you definitely left a trail of sparkle so much so that to this day I am still in shock of how we found our dream home. I pray Gods choicest blessing upon you and your team,,,,and today I just want to say thank you! thanks for the pics ....love it! Ronica & Nehemiah
