Absolutely bad service with no help
I have purchased the Dstv steama box from OnAir TV about 3 weeks ago, there was a problem with the product, remote not pairing with the decor, to date I have been receiving the same response from OnAir TV that there is a problem/ delay with the courier company and I don't have a valid reason as to what the issue maybe, after a few days when I lodged the complaint , I was informed that that the delay was on Sky Net, when calling them they had no delivery for me, I was then referred to Denver who was meant to resolve the issue and a week has passed and he has been telling me the same thing everyday. I even opted the cancel as it might speed up the process and I could deal directly with DSTV or another service provider and he refused stating I am out of the 7 day period (when actually the problem is with OnAir TV) I have spoke to many different people from their call center (to name a few, Mohammad, Zama, Kumshree) who all told me different stories /excuses. I just hope DSTV gets to see this post and does something about the bad service people are getting from their service provider and actually helps me, there are people who ordered after my complaint and received their working decor. I will not be referring anyone to OnAir TV EVER!

Great experience
Excellent service received. Great atmosphere. My family and I (aged from 4 to 33) really really enjoyed ourselves. It was an amazing experience and great learning for everyone.
