Refusal to pay back deposits and utter lack of communication.

Honestly the worst. A bunch of thieves in my opinion. I was renting an apartment through this company. At the time I was a freelancer, so proper team said that this meant I'd have to pay an extra months rent called a "surety deposit" at the owners request. The owner had no idea what I was talking about when I brought this up. I moved out on the 1st of April 2019, to this day I still haven't received the R12000 deposit owed to me. They ignore calls and make false promises if you eventually get hold of them. I wish I could give a 0 star rating. Worse decision ever made using this company.
