I and my partner were invited for a viewing at Vygie court apartments, Windsor Park estate, Kraaifontein yesterday at 5.30pm. But the real estate agents were not available and they didn't pick our calls nor responded to our messages. This morning,they made lame excuses that they were present but left the viewing without showing us the Vygie apartment as they were busy. They don't reply on time on the WhatsApp nor normal calls.This is utterly an unprofessional behaviour.

The real estate agents Marti Keller and Amber didn't reply to my WhatsApp messages and calls when I and my partner reached for viewing at 95 Victoria Street,Vygie court apartments, Windsor park, Kraaifontein. As a result, no viewing happened for us today at 5.30pm. We also contacted them on email, but we got no reply.

Worst mistake ever, they will ignore you and you have to fix the issue at the apartment at your own cost but the place is already in poor condition, basically you fixing their issue for them. They will give you a run around. Poor service, never and I repeat never use them

On the month of April, I received an official termination of lease communication from one of your agents, stating that the landlord had cancelled services and instructed me to vacate the premises. In compliance with this notice, I vacated the unit promptly and in good faith. Despite my cooperation, I experienced the following issues: 1. Lack of Communication – After vacating, I reached out to your agent via email for clarity on the process regarding my deposit. It took over two weeks to receive a response. 2. Conflicting Information – I was subsequently referred to another individual, who then claimed I still occupy the unit — despite clear instructions from your office to vacate and evidence that I had done so. 3. Unjustified Delays – To date, I have not received my security deposit, nor have I been given a timeline or explanation for this delay. We are now approaching the end of June, and the matter remains unresolved. I am therefore left with no option but to pursue the matter further. Please be advised that: I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and, If necessary, I will pursue legal recourse through the Rental Housing Tribunal or Small Claims Court.

So you revoked my access bcz you did not get hold of me and you were worried about the safety of the flat, we both know that's **** & a lie. Your maintenance guy Douw sent me a text about the meter reading installation and I clearly told him that I will be available fully in the flat after the 17th as I travel a lot due to work. Your contractor called me & I told them I'm not home during the day. Dont come here and tell lies. Your company doesn't give a damn about this complex. Have you seen how many potholes are n the drive way, ohhh, I forgot, your maintenance department still needs training and scope of what it means to be in maintenance. Don't come here and tell lies. If you want a screenshot of my message to your useless maintenance person, do let me know

Ohh child, the Cape Town branch will humble you, if there was a 0 start I would give it. I missed a flight to a workshop because they decided to revoke my gate access just because I was hardly home, bare in mind that rent is up to date. Can't wait to go somewhere peaceful. Don't bother reporting maintenance issues because they don't care. Yhoooo worst experience ever

Horrible service from this company. They rented us a place with balcony but its closed and they don’t have keys. They promised to send maintenance but the guy responsible for maintenance does not respond to calls or emails, no one is willing to help after you move in. Be careful of this company.
