Very poor service.
I and my partner were invited for a viewing at Vygie court apartments, Windsor Park estate, Kraaifontein yesterday at 5.30pm. But the real estate agents were not available and they didn't pick our calls nor responded to our messages. This morning,they made lame excuses that they were present but left the viewing without showing us the Vygie apartment as they were busy. They don't reply on time on the WhatsApp nor normal calls.This is utterly an unprofessional behaviour.

30 Sept 2025, 08:06We would like to note that all details and instructions regarding the viewing were shared beforehand via both WhatsApp and email. As also explained, our agents are unable to take calls or respond to messages while conducting a viewing, as their attention is dedicated to assisting clients on-site.
On the day in question, several prospective tenants attended the viewing at the scheduled time of 17h30 without any issues following the instructions provided. Please understand that our agents often have multiple viewings scheduled in one evening, and it is not possible to delay or wait, as this would be unfair to the next clients.
In this case, the viewing was scheduled for 17h30, but you arrived at 18h00, by which time the agent had already moved on to the next appointment. We therefore kindly request that tenants arrive on time in order to avoid any inconvenience for both themselves and others.
I am happy to provide screenshots with time stamps.
