Bad service from Property Tree Hartbee****rt

My daughter and I signed 2 x cash Offer to Purchases and 18/eighteen days later, they were still not signed by the Seller. I thought that cask is King as I recently sold my house??? The Seller was difficult but consistent follow through was not forthcoming from the estate agent from Property Tree Hartbee****rt. The agent started off with being friendly and caring as my daughter had a terrible experience with a break-in in September 2024 when she was alone...3 guys. She ran for her life... To be honest it appeared to be that the Seller counted for more than us as Buyers. Suddenly from Friday 25/10/2024 all comms fell flat from the Agent and the wonderful Office Manager tried to assist us. On Monday 28/10/2024 @ 16.00 being day 18, I told the Office Manager that my daughter and I had reached saturation level and that we were cancelling the two offers. She was very concerned but could not persuade us to reconsider. We have not heard a word from the estate agent himself or the franchise owner. Two lost sales... A bitter disappointment when all my daughter needed was a safe, soft place to land .
