Bad service from Property Tree Hartbee****rt
My daughter and I signed 2 x cash Offer to Purchases and 18/eighteen days later, they were still not signed by the Seller. I thought that cask is King as I recently sold my house??? The Seller was difficult but consistent follow through was not forthcoming from the estate agent from Property Tree Hartbee****rt. The agent started off with being friendly and caring as my daughter had a terrible experience with a break-in in September 2024 when she was alone...3 guys. She ran for her life... To be honest it appeared to be that the Seller counted for more than us as Buyers. Suddenly from Friday 25/10/2024 all comms fell flat from the Agent and the wonderful Office Manager tried to assist us. On Monday 28/10/2024 @ 16.00 being day 18, I told the Office Manager that my daughter and I had reached saturation level and that we were cancelling the two offers. She was very concerned but could not persuade us to reconsider. We have not heard a word from the estate agent himself or the franchise owner. Two lost sales... A bitter disappointment when all my daughter needed was a safe, soft place to land .

****** at Property Tree, they made me pay double deposit because I’m black. Been living in that apartment since 2021. The director refuses to pay me back my R18000. The previous owner of the apartment didn’t even get the deposit as the director of property tree insists.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever bought the new house and sent them the snaglist and 7 months later I received the mail that they wont help me with the snaglist been following up sending mail to the agency and the director

Property Tree - Lack of Professionalism Carol
Property Tree Complaint. Carol Balanco is the representative. I rented a unit for 4 months in Honeydew (6 Honey Badger, Coleen Street, Honey Park, Honeydew. This unit belongs to her son. I was warned that she charged the previous tenants over R 2500 off their deposit. She tends to rip people off just to make a quick buck for her son. I made her aware of this and she turned around and called me a slut. ). Carol was in such a hurry and hardly spoke to me
