MTN service is so appalling, alot of unprofessional and ***********”Champions”. I requested an upgrade over 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. Upon numerous complaints, my delivery details are incorrectly captured. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and the service deteriorates with every service request.
We can’t be waiting on a call for 20 minutes waiting to speak to an Old Mutual customer service. That is bull****.
I am so ****en fed up with MTN. I need to blacklist my lost Apple Watch and both the store and online are telling me they can’t help me blacklist the watch. Who should blacklist this watch then? How do I claim from the insurance without a reference number?
I have the worst experience with dp laser especially on my Mango deliveries. They never deliver on time. I’ve even had to cancel my online orders twice in a row. I’m so sick of their unprofessional service.
This is the 2nd time I have a really horrible and unpleasant experience with Standardbank. I app**** for a loan and when I have to sign a contract, one of the consultants requests I go into any branch and I will get assistance. I get to a branch and no one is able to help me because they have no idea what is going on. I call the consultant and he said that he’d call me and didn’t do so. This bank’s procedure is so flawed and you always have to be the one following up on every detail. I’m so frustrated.
I ordered online and my package was open with a missing item. I’ve been talking through email with Nike consultants and they want me to contact Aramex( the courier company) to find out where my missing item is. There’s no sense of urgency whatsoever from Nike. It’s been almost a month now.
I made an order on the 7th of May and I’m still waiting for parts of my delivery. I keep getting told that they are communicating with the courier but nothing happens. This has never happened before in my history of ordering online @home. The delivery company looks dodgey even.
Horrible experience at Standard Bank Waterfal Mall in Rustenburg. I signed a contract in the bank 2 weeks ago and they were never submitted back to head office until my application was almost cancelled. Unprofessional!
****** at Property Tree, they made me pay double deposit because I’m black. Been living in that apartment since 2021. The director refuses to pay me back my R18000. The previous owner of the apartment didn’t even get the deposit as the director of property tree insists.
