I purchased items from Makro at Riversands on 9 March and received the delivery on 12 March. Unfortunately, one of the items—the fridge—arrived damaged. Immediately after the delivery, I contacted the delivery team to report the damage. However, I was advised to contact Makro directly, which I found unacceptable given that the delivery team was still in the area at the time. In addition, the boxes were wet upon arrival. I also contacted Makro through the call centre and informed the salesperson about the issue, but to date the matter has not been resolved. Furthermore, I lodged a formal complaint, but the ticket was closed without any feedback or resolution. Order number: 0RP40T9326.

I wish to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional conduct I experienced from your radiology service provider, Scholtz Partners Diagnostic Radiologists. During my recent visit on 02 July 2025, I raised a concern with a staff member. Unfortunately, my concern was dismissed outright, and the staff member’s response was unprofessional, even after I made it clear that I intended to escalate the matter through a formal complaint. This is not the first time I have encountered such treatment at this facility. The recurrence of these negative experiences reflects a troubling pattern of unprofessionalism that is both unacceptable and deeply concerning. As a paying client, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, and for my concerns to be acknowledged and addressed with the appropriate level of professionalism.

Hi Recently bought the headset which on the website had spec of noise cancelling capability and when I received the handset didn’t have that capability and return them , I was charged 15% packaging which I don’t believe I should be charged since it was returned the headset with their original packaging , second complain is incredible connection those headset don’t have the noise cancelling capability that false advertising

I mistakenly booked same flight twice for the same person and FlySafai charged me the R300 for cancellation ,the issue is why is the system not validating or have control that it the same ID booking for the same flight and request FlySafair to waiver the R300 and they refusing
