PropertyCoza instructed our company WR2 Solutions to proceed to do building plans. . The building plans were urgently needed for the registration of bond approval. Our company stopped all other work to help with the emergency. The work was completed 25 March 2025. We are still waiting for a final payment of R4900.

Gerrie Bernardo refuses to pay the outstanding amount and he is rude telephonically and told me that I irritate him. I am 72 years old and need the money for survival.
