I relocated from Joburg to Durban after a 7-hour drive, only to find the apartment I rented through this agency dirty and unprepared. I dealt with Verni Pillay, who was efficient with paperwork until payment was made, but afterwards became dismissive and unhelpful. When I pointed out the dirt, her response was, “well people clean differently, if you’re the type that gets down on your knees to scrub you should go ahead and do so.” When I showed her the bathroom, she said, “it’s not like you are expecting the standard of a R50k suite in Umhlanga.” When I asked that no cleaning costs be deducted from my deposit if I left the unit in the same condition, she rep****, “well that would be a reflection on you.” So it is a reflection on me, but not on them when they deny obvious dirt? I was shocked and felt completely gaslit. On top of this, the unit was advertised as fibre-ready, which was the main reason I chose it since I work fully remote. After moving in I discovered there was no fibre at all. When I asked of the way forward, she brushed me off, saying, “your guess is as good as mine, other people just get wifi.” I had to manage the entire admin process myself and only had fibre installed on 19 September, almost 3 weeks later. During that time, I struggled with unstable internet, moving from café to café, falling behind on work, while Verni did nothing to correct the false advertising. Even beyond this, issues flagged in the move-in inspection from painting to a broken door have not been resolved. The overall experience has shown me that once they secure payment, there is no real care for tenants. I felt dismissed, left to manage problems that should never have existed, and made to feel like I was the unreasonable one for simply asking for what was advertised. I am writing this review 30 days after moving in, giving enough time to see if anything would be fixed. Sadly, nothing has been.

PropertyCoza instructed our company WR2 Solutions to proceed to do building plans. . The building plans were urgently needed for the registration of bond approval. Our company stopped all other work to help with the emergency. The work was completed 25 March 2025. We are still waiting for a final payment of R4900. Gerrie Bernardo refuses to pay the outstanding amount and he is rude telephonically and told me that I irritate him. I am 72 years old and need the money for survival. I have dealt with Luzelle Bonthuyzen from Property.Coza. She is a difficult lady to deal with. She was on par with communication when I needed a flat but after that she was so ******** with even with problems I faced staying on that flat. She even withheld some information about the flat as a whole, for example, I came to know that it was an open plan flat when I first moved in and others. I have moved out, but now she is refusing to pay my R3000 deposit back. She even fabricated a story that I burned her carpets and when I told her I have proof, she went on to say, she will pay me month end of June and I have been waiting for whole 3 months for my deposit. I wanted it back and she keeps delaying, probably to fabricate another story. I am so not happy with Property.Coza consultant, they must be able to do their job ban return peoples' deposit back.

HORRIBLE 1st time experience given by an agent called Bongani Mashiane from Property.co.za, the guy is a ****mer, *****ster and a good manipulator-he does false adverti*****ts with the gain of using one's personal information to **** both buyers and sellers... His well spoken and a smooth talker when selling you your dream house but outcome of the matter will be running at a lose as a buyer.
