PropHunt - Any NEGATIVE word you can think of describes them

This real estate agent is unbelievable. Unprofessional, liars and just total scammers. They don't return calls, staff lie about when they are in the office, they do not respond to emails and they find every single opportunity to not pay back security deposits. They don't pitch up for appoints and get their sister company to quote on all maintenance services at ridiculous prices. Their mission and I quote "Is to provide excellent service with INTEGRITY and HONESTY" which they do not have or know anything about.

What's shocking is that it's not some of the staff, it's seems to be all. The manager is always in "training" I think he/she (nobody knows) trains the staff to lie and scam and how ro take people's money.
