Unethical Behavior of Management in Public and Private

Pro Secure is a well established security company. The service of the staff is excellent But the Sales and Marketing Management needs to learn human ethics. He is the most rude and abusive individual I have seen and met. He is gender bais and uses vulgar terms on the staff. If he cannot respect the female staff, Why should a female take their business to this company. Anyone who does not value his staff in public and private should never be a leader of the team.
