Funds stolen and goods not delivered!

My fiance ordered from Protea Delights in February 2021 and never received his order because he did not put the right reference number on his payment. He contacted the owner, sent his proof of payment so she could see the reference and she rudely dismissed him and refused to send the stock or refund him. To his shock, when he tried to contact her again, she had blocked him on WhatsApp. We emailed her, because refusing a refund over something as petty a reference number is completely illegal, she proceeded to threaten, swear and abuse him in the most heinous manner. I write this review as warning, our funds were STOLEN and our goods NEVER DELIVERED. I have never in my life encountered someone who thinks it's okay to treat consumers in this way, there is a reason why all reviews are disabled on her pages. Online shoppers beware!
