Protea Delights - Horrible service.
Wish I did not have to choose 1star. Such extremely bad service from Ronel.
I wanted to order a mug from her for fathers day. She replied by saying fathers day orders were closed after still having a live add stating the orders closed the 7th of July. I then said no problem, I will order sonewhere else and the she snapped.
Horrible service, made me feel guilty and stupud for trying to order a mug. Honestly!!!
I don't recommend doing any business with her. If this is how you treat a potential customer, you should NOT be in business.
Extremely rude!!!!

07 Jun 2021, 15:221. Alana did get informed by myself about the updated add clearly stating that orders for Father's day closed on the 31st of May 2021.
2. Father's day is on the 20th of June 2021, so why would we say it closes on the 7th of July.
3. Alana had an attitude towards me saying she will find someone else who is willing to help her.
4. I do not run "live advertisements"
5. She attacked me by saying my advertisement clearly states it closes on the 7th by a picture - yes, 7 June, but it was updated on the 28th of May CLEARLY SAYING: due to the high volumes of orders we have received, Father's day orders will close on the 31st of May at 1pm.
6. She reprimanded me and telling me how to run my business.
7. She even told me that the "way & manner" (Father's day orders that has closed) was inappropriate and rude - she never even introduced herself and told me my advertisements are irrelevant.
8. The updated advertisement - for when final orders closed was on the same facebook groups where she only saw the old version.
9. No service was provided to Alana Burger - we only informed her that orders closed before she wanted to place hers. So how is that bad service?
