Hungry Lion Protea Glen Mall

Has the worst customer service in the world. I don’t even want to mention hygiene they have no clue of understanding what hygiene means.One of the guys that was for a second assisting the cashier, he then stopped with the orders.He went to take out trash and crates came back and prepared orders I don’t remember him washing his hands. There was dirty water in the kitchen floor hayi hayi .Even the cashier touches money , prepares ice cream takes out orders ja ne never washed her hands.

Yesterday I went there to buy their morning special,. The cashier places your order then also takes out the orders. She touches the money the food busy with her face no sense of urgency.

They all need customer service training. Sies I’ll never buy from hungry lion again.
