I bought a bed from THE BED SHOP October last year, November I reported The stitches gaping to them, they said I must come back February because the factory shop now is not busy, don't be scared to use the bed, February I went back, they said I must come back they'll lodge the complain, April I went back because there's was no response, that's when I filled the form for claim, since April I was keep on checking them, the respond was we're waiting for factory shop to respond, the bed must be clean and no stains, when I told them how can you expect the bed to be new for almost a year now while you said I mustn't worry or scare to use the bed, the factory shop will change, the old indian lady said to me if I try to go to small claim court I'll never win the case, last weak I went back, bed assessed and the respond was body impression, it's not factory shop fault.
