Unprofessionalism Protea Hotel north wharf

me and my Colleague went to the hotel to get lunch and milkshake so she ordered both our milkshakes , when she was done ordering i asked them if they still make chicken and Mayo sandwich they said they i ordered. After 15 mins of waiting for both the milkshakes and the sandwich my colleague noticed that no one is busy with my order so she asked them how far is the sandwich only then they asked which read my they make , and the other one just laughed and said its one of those days
