Don't buy at protea jewellers cape gate

My husband bought a watch September 2017 for my birthday. The watch stopped several times. We took it back and because it is still under gaurentee they send it back for repairs. After several phones calls and visiting the shop a few times I got it back today, 24 February 2018. Of cause they opened it to work on it and I got it back with the back scratched and dents in it. The sales lady said that's the way they received it. I got very upset. We never opened the watch. I wanted my money back which they refused. I want the owner to phone me.
