Bad After Sales Service
They are great until they have the sale! Don't have the time of day after that - travelling 200km's to collect a resizing after I was told it was done last week!!!! And they did not give a damn that it was not ready and "sorry come after 5"!!!!!!! This is disgusting and unacceptable! I should demand a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!! Asking who the Manager is or Regional Manager - NO RESPONSE! These family run business's are DANGEROUS to say the least!

Wat n ongelooflike horrific ondervinding. Het my man se horlosie ingevat 11 Mei en dit 4 Aug terug gekry. Dit het vir die 3de keer in gegaan vir die pennetjie wat uigeval het. Natuurlik was dit ons skuld "wear and tear" kos my R1300 en n week later het die pennetjie weer uit geval. Die mense Bel jou nie terug nie. Ek het nog nooit sulke swak diens gekry nie. Sal nie weer daar koop nie

Don't buy at protea jewellers cape gate
My husband bought a watch September 2017 for my birthday. The watch stopped several times. We took it back and because it is still under gaurentee they send it back for repairs. After several phones calls and visiting the shop a few times I got it back today, 24 February 2018. Of cause they opened it to work on it and I got it back with the back scratched and dents in it. The sales lady said that's the way they received it. I got very upset. We never opened the watch. I wanted my money back which they refused. I want the owner to phone me.
