Fedex are the most useless company I have ever dealt with. They do not even respond to complaints. I made payment 2 weeks ago parcel TO DATE has not been delivered! Worse than useless!!!!!! Unhelpful, aggressive approach by the company!
What a shocking company which most definitely does NOT represent what they advertise. My furniture was moved with them. I received it soaking wet, filthy dirty, bed torn (a tempur bed), couch damaged and ripped, glasses broken, gas braai door broken off, a kiaat baby changer broken. They claim to "protect their clients belongings", well most definetly NOT. When you report it, it's shrugged off! BEWARE and warning to the public!!!
This company is a HUGE con! Once they have your money the rest is the worst quality and service you will imagine! His products are faulty and he, THE OWNER takes zero responsibility for after sales work. He's either "in hospital" or some excuse us given!!!! Be VERY aware of this company!
They are great until they have the sale! Don't have the time of day after that - travelling 200km's to collect a resizing after I was told it was done last week!!!! And they did not give a damn that it was not ready and "sorry come after 5"!!!!!!! This is disgusting and unacceptable! I should demand a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!! Asking who the Manager is or Regional Manager - NO RESPONSE! These family run business's are DANGEROUS to say the least!

Despicable Hotel. NEVER is this 5 star. We are used to Legacy Michaelangelo and wow NO comparison. Arrived not even a greeting, car doors were not opened, security glared at us like we were intruders. We stood at a desk downstairs and minutes later were told you need to go to R!!! Cold horrid check in, never received this EVER by a Legacy Property!!!!! Disgusting and CANNOT be 5 star!!!!!
A shocking company - sweet as ever until they get your money. Did NOT fix the car as promised still full of scratches. NO compassion or understanding within the company! An awful experience and shocking delivery!
PLEASE South Africa be aware of this company! YOUR GOODS DO NOT ARRIVE - they are a scam! Their number in Johannesburg 011 568 7639 DOES NOT get answered, it rings for about 5 minutes and cuts off. They postpone your order and postpone and postpone and postpone promising you tracking numbers which NEVER arrive in your email! PLEASE GUYS be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I placed and order and paid for it! Delay email after delay email after delay email - THEN I receive an email from MILON saying "your order has been dispatched" - then 2 days later delay email and delay email - WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! The numbers supplied on line DO NOT GET ANSWERED!!!!!!!!!!!! AT ALL neither do the cell phone numbers call you back! SO they are thieves and your goods do not arrive!!!!!!
