Electricity consumption
The level of electricity consumption is very insane,i pay for shared services of which we did not sign for or have knowledge to what is that I am paying for as it is prepaid and not metered also Zelri properties is not doing anything about this.
Akasia place is supposed to be a low cost housing but the money i spent on electricity doesn't make sense.
How do one buy for electricity and still get to be charged a fee daily?

Please note that the Body Corporate is signed on for the Tshwane bulk account for electricity, water, sewer and other services.
The electricity, water and sewer funds are collected on behalf of, and on instruction from the Body Corporate.
Low-cost housing unfortunately does not equate to free or cheap electricity, and the water and electricity tariffs that are promulgated by Tshwane Municipality does not have special tariffs for residents in domestic complexes - everybody pays the same.
Kindly refer to the information that was shared when you signed on for the account. Shared services refers to the fixed charges associated with the promulgated water tariff.
The monthly invoices also describe and indicate these clearly, your latest monthly invoice as an example:
