I would like warn people about the poor servicer and the unproffesionalism of Dent Tech Panelbeaters at Rustenburg. On the 18 November 2020 I send my car to Dent Tech after it was approved by my insurance. I payed my excess amount immediately and I was told that my car will be avaible for collection after 14 working days. The 14 working days passed and on the 30th day I was called to come and collect my car as they are done with the repairs. On arrival I found that my car is still damaged and I asked why was I called to come and collect my car, i was told that by the manager that they thought because it is December I will need the car then they proceeded wanting me to sign a document saying that my call is fully fixed when am taking it. I refused to sign and I asked them to include that the car is not fixed completely before I sign the release papers and they refused and they told me that I am out of line .
