Promasks/Protective masks beware
I have ordered masks for my staff, and never received my order. The invoice is from Protective masks, but they have cc's red chilli deals, so I presume the order was done through red chilli deals. there is no contact number for them, only an email admin@promasks.co.za. I have sent numerous emails, but NO REPLY. (I have ordered masks from them before and received it, but now suddenly, payment was taken, no delivery and no response from them......) Working in the medical profession, our staff is at risk everyday, and we need to pay a huge amount on PPE equipment, and then you get companies take your money, and never deliver the product!

The invoice is from Protective masks, but they have cc's red chilli deals, so I presume the order was done through red chilli deals. there is no contact number for them, only an email admin@promasks.co.za. Beware when buying from the compnay
I bought an item from them, which was delivered fairly promptly. But the item was faulty and 7 days later I have had no responses to my emails or messages on WhatApp. I an unable to contact them. Their web site is www.promasks.co.za but the item was delivered by Red Chilli deals. The invoice says Protective Masks33. So beware and do not buy from this company . If you have a problem you will not be able to get any response.
