A MTN number which our business has had for a few years has suddenly when the phone is busy or on aeroplane mode the person calling gets the message "the number you have dialed is incorrect" We have been struggling with MTN for weeks now to try and resolve this. No one calls back, nothing. Just promises that someone will get back to us.
I bought an item from them, which was delivered fairly promptly. But the item was faulty and 7 days later I have had no responses to my emails or messages on WhatApp. I an unable to contact them. Their web site is www.promasks.co.za but the item was delivered by Red Chilli deals. The invoice says Protective Masks33. So beware and do not buy from this company . If you have a problem you will not be able to get any response.

We bought tickets via Kulula for ComAir about two mohts agao. The credit card used subsequently had a fraudulent transaction from Comair and had to be cancelled. We again bought tickets a week ago and exactly the same thing has happened.

Kulula needs to do something about their online security.

We have been forcibly migarted from GraphicMail across to this new platform. The support is non-existent. You wait days for a response. Trying to get my domain verified is impossible as I never receive the emails. So am busy looking for a cost effective alternative.

Trying to open a Vodacom business account. We have been in business for 20 years. I am told my credit rating is not good enough to cover a Data Bundle plus device R149.00 per month!!!

Seriously how do they expect a well established business to work like this. We have given them 3 months of bank statements and the company registration forms.

At this rate, if I don't qualify for this, Vodacom have just lost themselves a nice business customer.

No wonder there is a recession.
