Extremely Disappointing Experience

<div>I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Protector Build. On two separate occasions, 8th August 2024 and 6th September 2024, they collected building materials from me. I signed agreements for the amounts of R30,000 and R15,000 respectively. Despite fulfilling my part of the deal, I only received the payment of R15,000 after countless calls, threats, and endless excuses.

Both Bob (who handles collections) and Nico (responsible for payments) repeatedly blamed their boss for the lack of payment, but never took responsibility or showed any urgency in resolving the issue. To this day, I have still not been paid the R30,000 owed to me, as per our signed agreement.

I even requested that my goods be returned, and they flat-out refused. This company has shown themselves to be dishonest, unreliable, and impossible to deal with. They are not to be trusted, and I would warn others to steer clear. It’s been a nightmare dealing with them, and I still haven’t received the money owed.</div>
