Protector Build - Poor customer service

I got in touch with Protector Build on 18 Oct 2023. No response from the first lady I spoke to, who promised to revert. I escalated and another gentleman got assigned to help me a week later. Two weeks in, he still can't arrange for a meeting to view my kitchen that I want to sell. On 1 Nov 2023, I escalated again to the office. The staff keep promising they will come through but nothing materializes. Eventually a third gentleman got assigned to my case and he requested for the pictures of the Kitchen that i had already shared.

They low balled the price so badly. I am selling a full kitchen with appliances that are in great condition and they offered my R 1500.

I thanked them for the time and said I won't be taking up their services. Afterwards they ask what price I'm looking for.

Close to three weeks of back and forth and it just delayed my renovations. Not worth it at all.

There are other, much more efficient buyers of old kitchen. I called "Sell My Kitchen" straight after this debacle and within minutes I've managed to arrange for someone to come out and view and evaluate the kitchen.
