Biggest biggest *******.. Ordered and paid for a lithium battery after they provided a quotation and agreed upon having stock. After following up numerous times when we can collect there was alot of excuses. They then said they will deliver due to the poor service amd long delay. When they delivered we found that its not even the same battery we ordered and paid for AND its a 2nd hand battery that they spray painted with dents and scratches. We said we will not accept that and want a refund. Untill now a couple of months later we have not recieved any refund when we phone and they hear its us they drop the phone or just ignore us. The owner of Proton Solar said he will not pay us back because he doesnt have the money any more... BE CAREFULL OF RICHARD THE SALES REP HE WILL MAKE YOU BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE STOCK WILL SEND PHOTOS ETC BUT AS SOON AS PAYMENT IS DONE YOU DONT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN
