Proton Solar Distributors are the worst company

This company is nightmare. A month after buying an inverter it stopped charging with panels and they came up all sought of excuses not to repair. They refused to come to my house to assess my installation. After I refused to pay for repairs and asking for my inverter back, it took involvement of the attorneys to get it back. I am not even sure if it will work again given how dirty it was when I finally received. Do not believe anything they give as warranty nor what they write on their invoice. They will not honor it. They were supposed to take 3 to 5 days on repairs but having delivered the inverter on 13th February 2023, I only received it back on 12 June 2023 in a bad state it was. If it was not for the involvement of my attorneys I would still be waiting.
