Worst Service Department Ever

Vehicle was towed in 09/03/2015 , Symptoms unable to start - Diagnosed over heat and head warped - 2 weeks later car still not ready and still trying to find fault R15000 later and the service dept staff can't even remeber their own lies when they phone to give the excuses .I have never delt with such incompetant people in customer service enviroment before.
