By far, the worst property manager in the state. You can expect poor communications, ****py maintance work, uninterested and unprofessional staff, and you WILL be charged for something on move out even if you spend hundreds of dollaars cleaning. I was told they would find something, and they did. It was normal wear and tear, but the amount was not worth going to court. I would rather move to another state then rent from them again. They are owned by the builder of these homes. These are cheaply built homes that will need major repairs within a few years.
