Good Day Does anyone have contact details for proximity or know of anyone that can assist ? I have been trying to get hold of them since last year. Liezle responded once to me and just went silent after I stated what my issue is about.

Merosmart undergoing liquidation

Permanently closed???
As far as I can find out, this place is permanently closed, however, is there anyone with contact details for anyone that worked there. There are accounts that need to be sorted out. It's ridiculous that no one was given notice that this place closed down

By far, the worst property manager in the state. You can expect poor communications, ****py maintance work, uninterested and unprofessional staff, and you WILL be charged for something on move out even if you spend hundreds of dollaars cleaning. I was told they would find something, and they did. It was normal wear and tear, but the amount was not worth going to court. I would rather move to another state then rent from them again. They are owned by the builder of these homes. These are cheaply built homes that will need major repairs within a few years.

Proximity AWOL
The complex has not received their monthly statements, nor has there been communication with regards to the delay. Over and above that, their number doesn't go through and their website says its under maintenance. We are highly concerned as owners as to what this silence and no communication is about.

Proximity Property Management - BUNCH OF CROOCKS!!!
Received an water bill from them for my dads unit. My dad passed away on the 11 of February and we turned the water off the same day. Now we received a ridiculous bill for water but there is no one living there??? Even had a plumber there to check for leaks, nothing found! How is that possible? I find it absolutely revolting that a Company like yourself would take advantage of a situation like this... I also see a lot of bad reviews posted on Hello Peter of which you don't even reply to? Poor Management!

Poor management of a rental property.
Have been using them for a number of years to management the rent collection on a property. A tenant recently vacated the property and they did not collect the last month's lights and water amount from the tenant's deposit. I also opted to use a different company to find and manage a new tenant for me. When I queried about the outstanding deposit their response was that since I am not using their services anymore I must collect the amount from the tenant myself. Over the time that I used them to manage the property, there were always issues but I overlooked them. However, I finally made a decision to move away from them and it proved to be the correct one as they showed their true colors by telling me that I must collect final payment from the tenant when they were paid a fee to manage that process. Will never go back to them.
