After having a router for a week and fighting with the support for connectivity. They promised us they would send a technician out today and when we called this morning they say they have no note of this... what should we do to just get connectivity that we paid for to work
This is a follow up review. It took 2 weeks to get my router... then I received it on Weds the 27th...Law and behold it is now Saturday and we still aren't connected or the sim has been activated we were told it will take 24 hours which was Thurs and we have been calling since and all they say is it's been escalated to the technical team which still has not contacted us... the worst thing is from Thurs the support agents put us on hold and never get back to the line until we hang up. I've held for 30 mins and they just never got back to the line. What atrocious service and yet I paid pro-rata from the 11th of Dec it's now the 30th with no connection... I WANT MY MONEY BACK since you don't care for it.
We ordered a sim card on the 11th of Dec and the actual order was only placed on the 18th. It's now the 26th and the sim has still not been received but a pro-rata amount has been taken for the month for a sim we don't have. When we called today they had not even changed the address. And yet on the rain platform, the correct email was put on.I have never seen such poor service from rain. It's appalling Then they say we hope they will deliver before the 31st as we are closing then. Like really
If there was a negative rating!!! I would rate it. I started the application to transfer my bond in June 2022. Its now August and its only registered now. JOSHILA DESAI then registered my bond and had the access paid to them and then went and paid me a measly amount and did not send me a statement!! I have never in my life been ****** by the bank and its so called attorneys.
The complex has not received their monthly statements, nor has there been communication with regards to the delay. Over and above that, their number doesn't go through and their website says its under maintenance. We are highly concerned as owners as to what this silence and no communication is about.
I have been trying to get a banking profile for a business account. I have sent countless emails with the form and gone to the bank. They say I must email the form and I will get a reference quote. I still have not gotten a reference since the 11th of May and today my Partner emailed and even now no reference code has been sent. We must not make payments but we are unable to get into the business banking profile... Is this HOW YOU CAN HELP US? What a slogan!!!
We went to FNB clearwater for a body corporate matter and Angie was so kind to take us at 5pm knowing it could take long. She helped us with so much grace and a full smile on her face. Thank you Angie for redefining service with a smile;)
There are so many exceptional courier companies. The market is turning to online and deliveries and this is how you guys do business?? DISGUSTING!! I actually tracked my parcel. It was out for delivery for 23 hours then a note was made for the 2nd time client not available when no delivery attempts were made. I called fnf yesterday they said the driver will have it delivered by 5pm. It's 7am on day 3 ND still no arrival. Instead I'm told delivery failed. I'm seeeething
I have never been so appalled by service. I ordered a contract phone and a router last week. I received the router today and have been trying to track the cell phone contract I ordered. I phoned more times than I care to account for and I then had an online chat with someone who gave me a 0821950 number saying they are the ones that can help me. Upon phoning them, they could not trace it either and have no record of the application this is after I have given them the Quote reference. I am beyond the word livid. I had every intention to port my number and be a Vodacom client, yet with this welcome when I have not even become one... I think not. So much for trying to be ahead of the market technologically.... Your Online process sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had a billing issue for about a month now, no one has resolved it. I emailed countless times, with no reply and ended up calling to get my issue addressed. I then asked for emails to be sent as confirmation of what was discussed telephonically and no email was sent to date. then they go and debit me an incorrect amount after several instructions where sent. I have never seen such incompetence from a home loan department.
