Matome Makgopa have taken over from Dudu Mlaba @ STATS SA. I have never dealt with such incompetence. I have never had issues with STATS SA but since Matome took over I get Written Warnings, yet NO EMAIL to prove that any documentation was forwarded to me. I highly suggest that STATS SA look into the matter urgently as your *********** employee is giving you a bad name.
I just wanted to thank BetterBond especially Yolande for assisting me in getting a Home Loan. Her service to date is outstanding and her feedback is spot on. Worst service from Makro Business Online. Order good for my Coffee shop and some items was invoiced for and not delivered. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and even mailed them. To date nothing has been done about it. Easy to take your money, bad customer service! Don't recommend buying anything online from Makro.
This is the worst Service provider ever! There is absolutely no customer service or any kind of service at all. Constant issues, no feedback, nothing. They really don't care about their customers, just care about getting a contract and getting money out of you. I don't recommend them at all!
Designashirt is a bunch of ****mers. Could not complete my order and still to date no refund. Would not recommend them at all.
McDonald's in Krugersdorp... very BAD service to none service at all. You wait forever at the drive-thru and the staff thinks it is a joke if you tell them that their service is appalling, they laugh in your face. Seriously not a joke! Would not recommend buying or wasting your time going there.
ClearScore is absolutely useless! Their information on their site is totally outdated??? I have forwarded them all the relevant reports from Experian etc to update their records but still the information on their website have not been rectified! I don't know why they even have the site, and I don't know why credit companies use them if the site is so outdated?
I just wanted to bring it to your attention that still to date the issue with FNB have not been resolved, I have once again sent numerous emails to Simphiwe.Khumalo@fnb.co.za and cc’s Bridgette.Gwatyu@fnb.co.za in the mails, no answer?? Also take note that the telephone number provided by Bridgette (Bridgette Gwatyu - Commercial Recoveries Analyst - Tel: +27 87 577 9078) also does not exist? Do I really have to revert back to Hello Peter to get answers and a response from FNB? When will this issue be resolved because this has now been dragging on since 2018???
Received an water bill from them for my dads unit. My dad passed away on the 11 of February and we turned the water off the same day. Now we received a ridiculous bill for water but there is no one living there??? Even had a plumber there to check for leaks, nothing found! How is that possible? I find it absolutely revolting that a Company like yourself would take advantage of a situation like this... I also see a lot of bad reviews posted on Hello Peter of which you don't even reply to? Poor Management!
FNB BUSINESS RECOVERIES DEPARTMENT - POOR TO NO SERVICE. Tried contacting them on numerous occasions but after holding on for more than 30min I got fed up with wasting my time and my airtime! They don't even reply to your emails. I don't know how one is to resolve issues with FNB if you can't even get through to them??
