I ordered two pairs of shoes on the 24th of November 2023 as part of their Black Friday special. Barestep have failed to deliver on the first and second promised dates. They now refuse to respond to messages. I have subsequently sent them a message for a refund but again they read the messages on Instagram but are not responding. I also cannot find my order using my order number on their website and they provide no explanations as to why credit card was charged and I was sent an email with an order number but I cannot find my order or track It.
Have been using them for a number of years to management the rent collection on a property. A tenant recently vacated the property and they did not collect the last month's lights and water amount from the tenant's deposit. I also opted to use a different company to find and manage a new tenant for me. When I queried about the outstanding deposit their response was that since I am not using their services anymore I must collect the amount from the tenant myself. Over the time that I used them to manage the property, there were always issues but I overlooked them. However, I finally made a decision to move away from them and it proved to be the correct one as they showed their true colors by telling me that I must collect final payment from the tenant when they were paid a fee to manage that process. Will never go back to them.
Hello,<br> <br> I was issued a new card by FNB and chose the option to have it delivered to my home address. CCD called me to confirm delivery for Friday 27th Feb between 14:00 and 16:00. I was at home waiting from 13:30. Having been warned by a few friends that have had very late delivery from CCD. I called them at 15:15 and asked for confirmation if the driver was going to be at my place by 16:00. The lady confirmed that he is on his was, but refused to give me the drivers number. By 16:30 no one had pitched for the delivery. Monday morning no follow up from CCD. I had to call them. The lady tells me that on the system is shows client failed to appear for appointment and then she proceeds to schedule me for delivery on Tuesday 3rd March. I then told her to get a manager to call me and she confirmed that she was escalating the call. I then get a call from another agent who starts asking all questions again(delivery address, id number etc) try to book me for delivery for Wed 4th March. I then told her I want a manager to call me. Still no call from a manager who can sort this out. I am now going to ask FNB to re-issue the card and send it to a branch rather.
