Beware of PRS Associates.

I hope they enjoy their Christmas with my money and buy lots of gifts.

I got a call yesterday from them saying we are owing DX Dance academy and the Account has been handed over. We didn’t understand because DX Dance never even once sent us an invoice or Account details despite several attempts from our side. We asked the debt collector to furnish us with proof that their clients is telling them the truth that they sent us emails and we didn’t respond. Just I screenshot was enough but they couldn’t. Instead of debt collectors doing their due diligence they kept charging us for every email we write to them even though they are not providing what we asked for. I think they are always chasing collectors fees than establishing the facts
