Good day Wayne. My name is Dakalo Tshivhase, I have been in your network since 2022. I would say I haven’t had much of hardware issues but my relationship with ISP Cool Ideas had to come to an end. The transition from Cool Ideas to NewCo fibre was rather disappointing to say the least. I work remotely so internet connection is essential for my deliverables. I emphasized this more than once to NewCo but I still got disconnected, for 4 days. To say I was frustrated and disappointment will be putting it Mildly. I was worse than that, I had to cancel meetings that were booked early in advance. But enough about the Grim. Today I just want ti appreciate the service I received from Pitso, He just gave me hope that customer relation still exists. We are too quick to go online and write review about negative service but forget to acknowledge dedicated people like Pitso. My Internet was activated today but I was still not connected, he assured me he will do everything on his power to get me connected and he did. He went out of his way to even find out about my account and invoice which he really didn’t have to. From the moment he picked the call until he hanged up he was very professional and reassuring. I just wanted you to know that as much as I was frustrated the past 4 days, its people like Pitso that reminds us that UBUNTU exists, there was also Adam from NewCo who’s worth a mention.
I called MTN to say i want to cancel my contract, the retention person i spoke to was offering me different packages which i was not interested. She started speaking over me. I asked her if i can finish my setence then she just transferred me to another one without saying a word. I'm grateful for assistance i got from SUE but the first person (if I'm not mistaken is Phakamile.. But you can verify the person i spoke yo before Sue) was very rude.
Everytime i am visit home, lift is my airline of Choice. They are always on time. Seats comfortable, offers complementary snacks.
I had an account with RMS. I completed the move out form with Date of 30th Nov 2022. To my surprise my electricity was cut on the 29th. I thought it was credits as i bought a little on the 27th. Topped up it didn’t come back, topped up again & again as i was in a meeting. After the meeting i called RMS only to discover my account was closed as the new tenant applied for electricity from the 28th. So i was sending money to a closed account. So i paid R750 to a closed account which wasn’t my mistake as my move out form said 30th Nov. Until today 04 Jan they are sending me from pillar to post regarding my money.
I hope they enjoy their Christmas with my money and buy lots of gifts. I got a call yesterday from them saying we are owing DX Dance academy and the Account has been handed over. We didn’t understand because DX Dance never even once sent us an invoice or Account details despite several attempts from our side. We asked the debt collector to furnish us with proof that their clients is telling them the truth that they sent us emails and we didn’t respond. Just I screenshot was enough but they couldn’t. Instead of debt collectors doing their due diligence they kept charging us for every email we write to them even though they are not providing what we asked for. I think they are always chasing collectors fees than establishing the facts
I got an accident and the claim process with Naked went very smooth, Thanks to Rumbi, Janine the validator just to mention the few that assisted. Naked should just make me an ambassador coz now everywhere when people talk Car Insurance i tell them to get Naked...Its the future of Insurance. I think about 5+ of my friends have joined after me. I don't regret taking a leap and join you guys and the premiums are affordable too. If you haven't tried it, try today. Atleast you wont spend 30 Min talking to an agent and get disappointed..
Simple and new way of getting an insurance. Not spending hours on a phone call and get ridiculous premiums. I got a better deal... I'm glad my old insurer opened my eyes.

Kind Regards Nqobile I understand insurance is not for upgrading clients, but if i took an iPhone 7 which was the latest at the time in the market sand insure it, paid premiums and unfortunately lose the device i cant be told i have to take iPhone SE or wait for months to get new stock. \\\\\the email above sounded like i had a choice but when i called it i was told its a take it or leave it situation. I am insured for R15 000.00 according to the insurer and SE costs around R11 500. why am i being downgraded after even paying excess. I am really unhappy and feel like iPhone XR or iPhone 11 should be the device im being offered.
I stayed in Premier Hotel Knysna and the service i received was top class. I Spend most of time out in Hotels about more than half of the year im on the road. But the service i got there was top class, made me feel like im the only customer. thanks to the Gentlemen at the reception i forgot his name, Courtney nd restaurant staff
I have always watched "Changer Dai Deng" adverts and just thought one day i should try it. Got called by Mikateko(Mika) and he was patient with me, for days trying to get me to do a quotation. One i decided let me give him a chance, Little did i know my Premiums will Move from R1998.67 to around R1400. For a 2015 MecededsBenz C250. I am now happy i gave him the chance, and hes always there, Knows how to explain, have customer satisfaction on top of his list. I happy i Changer Dai deng i should have done it sooner.
