*****ing client rebate

I have been asking for assistance from this people . They haven't paid me my rebate from Aug to Oct 2024 which was 1500 each month and which now adds up to 4500 for the 3 months . I have been fighting the battle to get my refund to no avail .They have no proof they paid me for my prepaid electricity and I have proof of the electronicity bought and bank statements proving the money was never received. At first they blamed the previous employee and then it was denying the issue now they are resorting to ignoring my mails. I always email Maggie who has now resorted to ignoring my emails . I have had to pay another 4500 to the municipality because PSC had refused to refund my payment.

Please never use thier services. I want to move as soon as they pay me it's been 6 months of the same battle
