I received a message on my app that i recieved a R1500 voucher for meeting some criteria. i logged in and saw the voucher there to be redemed. I went back in now to redeem it after checking out and now the voucher has just disappeared. luckily i took a screenshot showing it was there but now it is gone. i tried using fnb secure chat, they keep transferring me to ebucks help desk and after that there is just no response. i spent more that an hour on there waiting for any response but there was just no response. can fnb and ebucks tell me what happened to my voucher? I cannot spend time on the phone while at work so i need to sort this out via email or secure chat
I bought an item online from Makro, however, i was not satisfied with the item. I scheduled a collection for returns and its been 4 weeks with not as much as a courtesy call. I even had to go to the store yesterday to return the item myself only to be told that Makro got the item from a third party and they cant accept the item the third party should arrange collection which I don't understand what has to do with end-user as my contract and invoice states i bought the item from Makro
I have been asking for assistance from this people . They haven't paid me my rebate from Aug to Oct 2024 which was 1500 each month and which now adds up to 4500 for the 3 months . I have been fighting the battle to get my refund to no avail .They have no proof they paid me for my prepaid electricity and I have proof of the electronicity bought and bank statements proving the money was never received. At first they blamed the previous employee and then it was denying the issue now they are resorting to ignoring my mails. I always email Maggie who has now resorted to ignoring my emails . I have had to pay another 4500 to the municipality because PSC had refused to refund my payment. Please never use thier services. I want to move as soon as they pay me it's been 6 months of the same battle
The worst experince ever... i send in my withdrawal from my funds and seven days down the line still nothing in my account. i call to follow up on my request and its shockingly i was to blame for this incident being told i filled the wrong form and yet they forget they are the ones that send us the form to fill as per their company policies and procedures the lady in customer service i spoke to NONHLAHLA even accused me of trying to twist their rules to suit me needs and yet i withdrew several times with the exact form about 5 times not one day was i told i used a wrong form nor was the correct one ever sent to me. I was even told lies that my money would be in my account by day end 22nd march 2019 well as i write this i still have not received anything and today is 23rd march 2019 . i am so disappointed at such services and lies that came out of a employees of a prestigious company or maybe i stand to be corrected there is nothing special about this company. your employees have no clue what customer service is nor customer retention they are incompetent
