PSG Wealth lack of service

I made a deposit on 2 Dec 2025, which was placed into funds online by myself. The balance on PSG unallocated funds, i requested to be refunded back into my bank account. After calling every second day, logging queries every second day, phoning almost every day, i am still waiting for my own funds to be refunded. Today i logged a query with the complaints department, let's see if they bother to refund me my own money.
